We want our students to show their natural intelligence and curiosity at interview. This is best seen when the children have had a chance to experience answering questions of the type they will meet on the day. But this is just a part of the preparation.

Interview coaching also works on a range of soft skills that will enhance how the children will present themselves when they are placed in unfamiliar circumstances and meet new people. It is typically a three step process that includes a mock interview with one of our team who is not known to the child.

The children always enjoy their interview prep and invariably report feeling calm and confident when the real event takes place.
